Situated on Cliff Street, you are only steps away from the many bustling cafés, bars and independent shops which all aim to delight the visitors who come to the beautiful town of Whitby.
The patio at the front of the property has glass fencing to maximise the breathtaking panoramic views and this sun trap is perfect for sitting out and watching the world go by with a glass or two of something special. These are easily some of the best views in Whitby… and they are all yours!
Stepping inside through double glass doors, you are welcomed into the modern and well-equipped kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar. From every room (except the shower rooms and toilet) you have harbour or sea views.
The adjoining open plan living / dining room is spacious and tastefully furnished, with enough seating for this to be an enjoyable social space for you all together. The ground floor is complete with a toilet for added convenience.
Upstairs on the first floor are two kingsize bedrooms, each with wood panelling and bespoke built-in hanging rails and shelves. The family bathroom on this floor is exquisite with a bath and over-bath shower.
On the second floor are a further two kingsize bedrooms, almost a mirror reflection of the bedrooms below, but with more elevated views. There is also a well-presented walk in shower room on this floor.
Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Stair gate to stop dogs going upstairs. Welcome pack.
The property has a parking bay located on the left hand side of the building with enough room for one car. There is also a 240 volt socket for charging electric vehicles.

You are also within easy reach of all the attractions Whitby boasts, including the long golden beach stretching to Sandsend.
Whitby is seafaring town and proud of its heritage; there are tales of Viking invasions, heroic sea rescues as well as seafaring pioneers. Discover more at the museums, including one on a tall ship in the harbour. Today fishermen still sail from Whitby, there are many award-winning restaurants where you can sample the freshly caught seafood. There are also festivals throughout the seasons making this a perfect all year-round resort to visit.
The surrounding North York Moors National Park is full of moorland and woodland trails as well as the wonderful heritage steam railway, the steam train leaves Whitby and travels over the moors towards the market town of Pickering, with other picturesque villages along the way. There is an array of seaside towns and villages along the coast to visit, with breathtaking beaches and coves. For younger family members, and within an hour’s drive, you have Flamingoland theme park and zoo, the Sea Life Centre, Alpamare Water Park and Go Ape tree top ziplining in Dalby Forest.
